my school is full of clones. All the girls who know me from other forums know now, but I can't stand the stupid sorority girls at my school- this is what they wear: -tight a.ss sweat pants by so low that require thongs (even worse when they don't wear one and you can see ugly panty lines) -sweatshirt with sorority letters on it -uggs (usually gross and not taken care of) -bomber jackets with fur trim on hood -herve or longchamp totes or Michigan Greek Life totes -hair in the highest pony tail you can get it, obviously straightened hair with wavy roots. ew. -burberry scarf -beer gut
My old prep crazy school used to have the following clones: -lacoste or ralph lauren polos or button downs -preppy sweater optional -expensive jeans (the overpriced, the better) -sneakers (again, the more overpriced, the better) preferably nike shocks, or you can get some gucci loafers -north face fleeces -hair in a pony tail -mercedes benz in the parking lot.
sigh, why must i live amidst clones? It's so uninspiring.

^ i'm sure you look amazing against them all. gives you a chance to stand out. how do they react to your outfits.
it's really strange because in england people don't dress like that.

^Lol, you're lucky ;D. That first description sounds terrible, kiki hearts fashion, and it kind of reminds me of some girls in my school .

i wear a uniform to skool also but when people arent in uniform or people i see around town wear all things hollister abercrombie or american eagle (btw i live in texas) and i used to wear this stuff too until i hated seeing 10 other girls with the same shirt and thats when i started dressing with vintage pieces and stuff nobody else had or would think to wear and omg i luv it and i get alot of compliments. also there's alot of preppy stuff too... button downs, sweaters, and of course the fake birkenstock clogs from who knows where lol. or they go the total opposite way and dress grungy in hoodies and sweats which is ok once in a while but not all the time but ya thats pretty much the style here in the dallas area

I always thought it would be nice in a way to wear a uniform and not have to think about what to wear. Of course, I would probably hate having to wear the same thing every day but still. Do you get to accessorize or is it strict and they only let you wear what's required?

ya we can accesorize to some extent like i wear big beaded necklace like mk and stuff like that and we can wear scarfs and any kind of shoes we like as long as they are closed toe and heel but we can wear jackets or sweaters without our school logo and that kinda sucks but we get casual dress day at least once a month so then i can wear whatever i want and its not too bad since i only go to school 3 days a week

I've gotta wear a uniform too. But ours is pretty strict, it's full-on green with no accessorizing allowed. Black oxfords, green tie, green skirt or tunic, white button down. And we get in trouble for necklaces, earrings other than studs, and more than a few bracelets. Outside of school most people wear: -francois beauregard tops -uggs or birks -sweatpants or jeans -tiffanys jewlery It's pretty conform-y, but most people modify this style and wear stuff like band tees, vintage stuff, or lots of accessories.

^wow. Do you not like wearing such a strictly enforced uniform? well...i'm pretty much used to it, after 9 years! but yeah, i get bored of it and it'd be so much better if we could wear whatever kind of jewlery we wanted.

and i complain about my school! because they don't let us take other sweaters unless it's really cold, then you put on a jacket over the school sweater, and the shoes have to be black...but that is it, there are many different jeans going on, sometimes they don't notice some are wearing sneakers, or brown shoes and under the school sweater i always wear another one, so like at 10 am i take off the school's one and i leave my own ;D

yeah at my school we have to wear a uniform as well... it changes for the season, but as its winter we are forced to wear blue knee length tunics, a white shirt and a tie and a nav jumper. and then just plain black leather shoes. kinda boring..... and we arent allowed jewelry or anything it sucks! but my school is private and the public school kids wear really funky stuff with ther uniform but yeah, australia is kinda boring
